The Harman Kardon Soundsticks were, and still are, some of the most iconic desktop speaker systems of the last 20 years. Where you saw a Mac, you saw Soundsticks. They sounded great, looked unique, and believe it or not, are still sold today in both wired and bluetooth versions.
Based on the design of the Soundsticks' subwoofer, the new Harman Kardon Aura is a 360 degree wireless speaker that uses Apple's Airplay streaming technology, DLNA for Android or Windows, or standard bluetooth audio streaming. In addition, you can use Harman Kardon's own app to control things like stereo widening and tone refinements.
Inside the Aura are 6 drivers and a 4.5" subwoofer designed to fill any room with a powerful and pleasant soundstage. It's available in both black and white, and with it's small footprint and modern design, it will look right at home just about anywhere.
