I'm a huge advocate for smaller wallets. I gave up my large bulging bifold wallet for the Everlane Card Case over a year ago and haven't looked back. There's very little that I find I actually need to carry with me at all times, and fortunately it can all fit in a card case.
Thankfully there's plenty of options, and one of my favorite is from Tanner Goods, out of Portland, OR. It's called the Journeyman, and it's crafted by hand from thick 3.5oz leather with a natural finish. It feels sturdy, looks great, and like a fine pair of jeans will develop a unique and beautiful character with age.
Four card slots and a center pocket for cash is just about all anyone would need, and it's slim enough to fit comfortably in the front pocket of your pants. Tanner Goods also offers a monogram service that will stamp your initials into the corner of the wallet for a small fee.
